You can upload any type of file. urCollection is able to open any type of file inside of the devices: PDF, Microsoft Office, iWork, Images, Audio, Video and special files.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. The update will be made as soon as we receive the payment. If you want to reduce the plan it will be implanted at the following billing cycle.
Yes. If at some point you think that urCollection is not the best file management app for your business, you only have to cancel your account from the control panel.

Billing and invoicing

During the purchase process of a payment plan, you can choose if your billing will be annual or monthly. If you choose the annual one, you will obtain the best price because you will only pay 10 out of 12 months.
We accept credit cards and direct debit. Depending on your company’s country, we can also accept bank transfers. We use Stripe to manage the credit card payments. Stripe is one of the most used payment platforms around the world because is very safe and reliable.
Although our products are priced in €, you can buy any of our payment plans with a bank account in other currency. If your international currency is supported by Stripe, you will have the option to purchase in Euros. When you make your purchase, your usual currency will turn into Euros. Note that your bank or payment provider can charge fees for foreign transactions purchased with an international currency.
There’s no installation fee. The start-up is completely free: we help you to setup the management web and to upload your sales documents.
No, you can use urCollection without providing your credit card data. Although if you want to have some of our payment plans and pay with credit card, then you will have to introduce this data.

Yes. We use Stripe to manage credit card payments. Stripe is one of the most used payment platforms around the world; in addition it is extremely safe and reliable. Yes. All your company’s information is safe with urCollection thanks to the authentication, authorization and encryption mechanisms that the app for sales force offers. All the data transferred is encoded, there’s no unencrypted data on the network. We use HTTPS with AES of 256 bits, TLS 1.2. Furthermore, we do an intensive monitoring of our services’ security and, as new vulnerabilities appear, we work fast to be always updated.
